Sometimes, we find ourselves unhappy and not at peace. This could be due to a variety of reasons. I believe what is key and a good practice, during these times, is to exercise gratitude. What do I mean? I try to think of all of the things that I am truly grateful and thankful for. This process is two fold. First, it lifts me up. It makes me realize how truly fortunate I am. Second, it helps me to find inner peace.
So, next time you’re feeling blue or unhappy, I encourage you to try this exercise. It may just help.
