Too often we find ourselves lacking something or wanting more.  As a result, we experience a feeling of emptiness.  We seem to be always striving for what we feel is missing is in our lives.  We tend to forget what we have.  We tend to forget how fortunate we are.  Maybe it’s because some of us live in a “I want more” society.  Perhaps we ought to stop, assess our lives and express gratitude for what we have, e.g. our health, our family, our home, our job, …  Perhaps then, can we truly experience peace.
