You never know who needs you. Good energy is contagious.
Brian Tracy
If you experience a loss, create.
Create a new dish, a new friendship, a journal entry, a blog, a new healthy habit, a work of art.
Creativity is filled with hope and inspiration. It not only restores your sense of hope, but also lifts up others. So, you are actually being of service to others. Isn’t that a wonderful feeling? Out of what was initially a setback, comes an opportunity to touch the lives of others.
Do it for no reason. Do it because it feels right. Do it because it comes from the heart.
I believe in YOU!
Looking for the truth? You’ll find it when you experience true silence. Sit. Meditate. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly. Focus on your breathing. Notice the noise melt away and the truth come to the surface. Whatever you’re struggling with, the answer can be found in silence. You don’t need to run off to the woods or mountains. You can experience it right where you are. It just takes desire, discipline and focus. You CAN do it. I believe in YOU!
Let your actions, your words, your thoughts come from a place of love, not fear. Beware. Sometimes they are disguised as love, but at the core, they may be tied to our egos or prides. Over a period of time, you will naturally identify them or perhaps you’re already there, in which case … congratulations! So, strive for your thoughts, your words and your actions to be fueled by love. I believe in YOU!
You life is whole and complete. You’ve been given tools that you need to help you with any challenge or setback that you may experience. You have the ability to speak, to hear, to see, to feel. Additionally, you are EMPOWERED to free yourself if you’re stuck in a rut. You have much more potential than you’re aware or give yourself credit for.
Use your tools. Borrow some from friends. See the light. It’s there. Waiting for you. First step begins with you. I know you CAN do it. I believe in YOU!
Thank you for sharing Perspective of Hope.
I believe we strive for our lives to have meaning and purpose. For some, it naturally comes from our jobs. For others, it may come from a place outside of our jobs. Either way, it’s fine. Find what you are truly passionate about, what gets you up in the morning, what drives you. Don’t know what that is. Spend some quality time with yourself. Meditate. Go on long walks. Listen to that inner voice. Block out interferences, so you can hear that voice. With practice and patience, you’ll be able to hear it. It’s your inner compass, always pointing you in the right direction, YOUR direction. Once you’ve found it, invest in that. Invest in yourself. Don’t waste a single moment chasing something that does not resonate with you. Life is truly too short and meant to be cherished each moment. Start today. I believe in YOU!
Your mind is a sacred place. I believe that only those thoughts, that you allow, are to enter. Not saying its easy but it CAN be done with awareness and discipline. We continuously receive and process communications from people and other sources, in the form of words, texts, emails … you get the picture. Some lift you up. Some may bring you down. Here’s my challenge to you. Become aware of these words. If they align well with your inner compass, you don’t need to do a thing. If they don’t and you see a pattern, you ARE empowered to block those words to enter your precious territory, your sacred place, your mind. Do not believe everything you hear, especially if it’s not true. You know who YOU are. You know your potential. You know you have done it, can do it and will do it again. Believe in yourself. Have confidence. I believe on YOU!
